Areas, Formats, and Audience of the Practice

Main Areas of Work
Roman Vasilenko’s consulting and coaching practice was formed at the intersection of three disciplines: financial and economic expertise, experience in building large-scale organizations, and the rhetoric of public leadership. This determines the focus of his work with clients.

Personal effectiveness of executives. Goal setting and achievement, time and priority management, development of leadership competencies, creation of a personal brand and public image.

Business development. Diagnosis of management and operational errors, team building, increasing sales department efficiency, personnel motivation, strategic planning.

Communication and negotiations. Preparation for public speaking and presentations, rhetoric and argumentation, objection handling, conducting complex and tough negotiations.

Financial literacy and entrepreneurial mindset. Basic financial culture of business owners, attitude toward money and debt, capital discipline.

Formats of Cooperation
The practice is structured in several parallel formats, allowing adaptation to the client’s objectives — from individual work to large-scale corporate and public programs:

Individual coaching for business owners and top executives in the format of regular sessions.

Group programs and intensives at the International Business Academy IBA — modular courses in leadership, sales, negotiations, and personal effectiveness.

Corporate projects upon company request — diagnostics, management team training, support for organizational changes.

Public speeches and lectures at industry forums and major venues — proprietary programs, including “17 Secret Laws of Success.”

Target Audience
The typical client of the practice is an owner or top executive of a small or medium-sized business undergoing active growth or structural transformation. As a rule, the request is connected not with one specific task, but with a set of interrelated topics: revenue and team growth simultaneously require restructuring the leader’s personal role, updating management practices, and developing communication skills. It is precisely this combination that the IBA programs and individual practice are designed for.

Product Line and Public Materials
The substantive foundation of the practice is based on proprietary products available publicly, allowing potential clients to familiarize themselves with the approach before starting cooperation:

The book “Hunter for Success. How to Achieve Your Goal” — an author’s work on goal setting and turning intentions into results.

The documentary project and proprietary program “17 Secret Laws of Success” — a concentrated presentation of the core principles of the practice.
